Joshua Bell, world class violinist, dressed as a ordinary street musician and played in a Washington, D.C. metro in 2007. Stinson's story is woven from the fictional experience of a young boy who is moved by this music, despite his mother's attempt to hurry him along. Here is a gentle reminder for any age to look and listen! Art is all around us, sometimes in the most unexpected places. Petričić's wonderfully detailed illustrations capture the sense of wonder that music can evoke.
